Publish msg-sim as a standalone crate #174
Description
msg-sim v2 is pretty advanced and disjoint from msg-rs itself.
It would therefore be great for it to take its own, separate, identity from the rest of the codebase, to also signal its users that they don't need to use the rest of msg-rs to use msg-sim.
