Support for ancestral samples

Accommodate ABLE analyses when genomes were sampled at different times in the past such as ancient DNA or due to time travel (why not !?).

Hi Champak,
this feature could be very useful for my planned research. Do you know approximately when it culd be availabe? In this recent paper (http://pop-gen.eu/wordpress/software/comus-coalescent-of-multiple-species) they implemented ancient sampling in ms in a very straighforward way, so it could be useful for this task.

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for heads up about CoMuS and the feedback (I was wondering if anyone
was really interested in using ABLE).

I don't want to promise anything at this moment but I would like to finish
issues #1, #2, #3 and #5 which are more or less already present in the
code. The ancestral sample stuff is relatively straightforward and would
share the basic idea with CoMuS (I haven't looked t their code).

So stay tuned!
