Change "a" in "Quick Brown Dog" pangram to "the"

The Quick Brown Dog pangram has "a" instead of "the".
It appears in Type Ramp view and the Compare menu.
It says: "The quick brown dog jumps over a lazy fox", but it should be: "The quick brown dog jumps over the lazy fox" (just like in the Font List Preview tooltip).
