move env info into example file instead of readme

e.g. esmbot does it pretty well https://github.com/esmBot/esmBot/blob/master/.env.example it got some values already filled in and for the rest there are instructions on what to fill in

ahh, right - thats sounds great! I added the examples to the readme and will add them to the .example files (it would make to add "optional" or "mandatory", constraints, ..)
