feature: add visual when fish is fullfilled with gta sound #80
Description
To give viewers feedback when a wish has been fullfilled, it is expected to trigger visual feedback on the donationwidget or the whole screen so that users know a wish has been fullfilled
Be aware:
- Streamers can collect for multiple wishes, whereas one is always highlighted and others who might be fullfilled (donated to) are not highlighed
