provide Chinese documents

since most of the users are speaking Chinese, why don't we provide Chinese documents in wiki or help?

We prefer bilingual expressions in all documentation since Traditional Chinese is in weak shape from the perspective of free software and open source community. We have to prepare enough materials in English, so that more developers and packagers can help Chewing IM project get prebuilt packages or fully supported in various environments.

Please send pull requests in the bilingual form.
