Split bullet/list note into separate notes

Sometimes the list and items are getting longer and longer until it is necessary to split the note. Might be also worth to consider the opposite case, joining separate notes to a list.

Given the freedom of markdown, I guess you can find a work around. This is only my suggestion. I am open to hear ideas.

notes conversion to todo and vice versa is implemented, but not splitting and combining the data points.
