Arxiv URL broken in web interface hosted on herokuapp

Hi,

Thanks for the neat sota finder! As of now, the hekoapp based web interface seems to be eating up the last digit in the arxiv url thereby leading to an incorrect paper. I searched for graph classification on the web interface which lead to right paper summaries but when clicked on, directed to wrong papers on arxiv.
