  • These goals are more strategic, and will take a longer period of time to complete.
  • These goals are tactical, and will align to the broader career vision.
  • 70% - On the job learning, i.e., skills developed within the day-job / stretch projects
  • 20% - Learning that is completed via others (e.g., Shadowing, Coaching, Mentoring, etc.)
  • 10% - Development activities that are through specific training/courses
  • Someone who is actively involved in helping you achieve a particular goal/activity.
  • Someone who will help promote/advocate a goal/activity.
  • The purpose of the vision section is to highlight your overall career aspiration, and direction.
