old.reddit.com links not automatically opening in Apollo on iOS

The Open In Apollo extension normally works great for me, but I noticed it doesn't work for URLs containing the old.reddit.com hostname, for example:

https://old.reddit.com/r/MarvisApp/comments/p42096/url_scheme_docs/

I think the solution is to update the regex for regexRedditIDs to include the old subdomain.
