Usage Question: Sharing Data

Could TinyStorage be used for sharing data between iOS and Watch App?

I admittedly have done such little watchOS development that can't confidently answer this question. That being said if the watch does some sort of shared directory system like how app groups/other extensions operate I don't see why not
