Minimum macOS version

Mastonaut 1.3.10 runs on macOS 10.15 Catalina, which at this point is three years old. Some development would be easier with a newer minimum macOS version.

Since I'm not (currently¹) collecting any analytics, I don't know which versions of macOS y'all have out there.

So: would moving to require macOS 11 Big Sur be a problem for you? How about an even newer version?

Currently at 9 votes, with 11% on 10.15 and 89% on 12.0 or newer. (Nobody is on 11.0 Big Sur, it appears.)

I’m leaning towards:

• going forward, the main branch skips ahead to requiring 12.0 Monterey.
• critical bug fixes may get backported to 10.15 Catalina where feasible, but features likely won’t be.
