Silent error on cbuild configure

if i omit man description in cpp file : configure not work but not error return

is it possible to throw error in this case ?

Rectification: the problem happens when i already initialized a git repository (not if i omit man description)

More information: problem happens when a repo git is initialized but it isnt associate with remote repo
