Currently, kubicle uses the BAT package to perform a number of tasks on the underlying ciao cluster, such as create instances, set up external IP addresses, etc. Now we have the client library there's no real reason for kubicle to call the ciao-cli tool via the bat package. It just makes everything more complex and slower.
