Secrets portal?

Hello,

What secrets portal does Cinny rely on, and is it possible to set it manually?
I know I needed to manually specify it for Fractal since I'm not in GNOME, but it seems Cinny does not prompt for a password on startup? So I don't know if it's falling back to plaintext, or something?

What does it show if it is not showing password field?

It just shows "Heating up" and then the welcome screen, and then it's running like normally.
So it's working. Not sure what it's doing for secrets.
Maybe it's not asking for password if the keyring is already decrypted, if it's launched after some other program which asked for the keyring password? Or maybe it's falling back to plaintext, if it failed to identify which one to use?

It's the flatpak version and there isn't a lot of log output. Nothing related to secrets.

You probably logged in into past and it just picked up that same session. You can logout if you want to discard the session.

Matrix is designed so that clients typically only log in once, which is useful because otherwise you'd have to reverify every time you closed your client
