Create an FAQ about DNS hosting to help users make the most of this feature as they set up and manage their domains.

Acceptance criteria

• Content can be drafted in this document, which already contains some general questions and answers about DNS hosting. Update the FAQ to focus specifically on questions we're hearing from users that may not already be answered in the informational content we already provide.
• Share revised content with product and DNS hosting pod.
