[DRAFT] Update step by step process with supporting screenshots and annotations

Issue description

Users will benefit from additional supporting visuals for step by step instructions.

Acceptance criteria

• Review content on Help page and identify step by step processes where screenshots can provide additional guidance
• Annotate screenshots when possible
• Ensure screenshots and visuals are also updated in relevant FAQs
• Update step by step process with visuals and get approval by product

Additional context

This task was recommended after conducting a content review of get.gov where we identified content gaps and provided recommendations to remediate these gaps. The Final Summary Report that identifies these content gaps and recommendations can be found here.
