[DRAFT] Create one-pager on how to work with your DNS hosting provider

Issue description

Provide supplemental guidance to customers on “what’s next” after their domain name request has been approved.

Acceptance criteria

• Draft outline of sections and get product sign-off
• Clearly describe what services get.gov provides
• Define what a DNS hosting provider is
• Provide nameserver instructions
• Get content approval from product
• Place content in designed one-pager format
• Confirm one-pager is review and approved for 508
• Upload final one-pager to get.gov site

Additional context

This task was recommended after conducting a content review of get.gov where we identified content gaps and provided recommendations to remediate these gaps. The Final Summary Report that identifies these content gaps and recommendations can be found here.
