Post installation configuration

Has anyone been thinking about post installation configuration, for example integration with moosh or doing settings with cfg like
php admin/cli/cfg.php --name=auth --set="manual,lti"

Or would that be possible in the recipe?

We are thinking about post-installation configuration. At the moment you can set the config pre-installation but post installation config would be useful.
