Bug: Doc Inspector shows blank page after docking

**Environment**
Delphi 12.3

**Description**
After docking the Doc Inspector window, the content area becomes blank.

**Expected behavior**
The Doc Inspector should continue to display its content when docked.

**Actual behavior**
The panel shows a white/blank page.

**Current workaround**
If the window is closed and reopened, the content appears again.
