Allow Switch to exist within a Matrix.
This is mostly straightforward. The only issue is that Matrix does not have a way to notify Switch when it is showing the field configuration options. This is an issue because Switch needs to initialize a bunch of stuff and hook up JavaScript events – for example, only show the setup for two options instead of eight if the user only needs two options.
