When the values of one side is quiete low

I am not sure on how I should have to handle this issue.

Code to reproduce this issue:

        val progressBar: PercentageProgressBar = view.findViewById(R.id.percentageProgressBar)
        progressBar.setProgress(100.0f)

        val valueProgressBar: ValueProgressBar = view.findViewById(R.id.valuesProgressBar)
        valueProgressBar.setValues(70.0f, 0.0f)
