Link package to epireview

Currently, the package requires users to manually construct the input data and to supply it. However, much of the data already exists in epireview, and it would be great to have a function to extract and preprocess it for input to the estimation function.

• Call epireview and load delay parameters of interest
• Select appropriate estimates to include (this should consider de-duplication)
• Format into the correct data structure to put into the estimation
• Think about how we can add in frequency table data from literature, which currently is not captured in epireview
