Where is the correct canonical home for CMUDICT?

According to the official CMUDICT home page, the GitHub source for the CMUDICT file should be at https://github.com/Alexir/CMUdict

It seems to me that the https://github.com/cmusphinx/cmudict repo would be a better canonical home, and it is getting the more pull requests.

In either case, can we set up some way to merge the two's updates?
