Projects moving levels:

• Lima - vote closed
• Kserve - open to public comment
• Fluid - final commits to PR
• Opentelemetry - adopter interviews pending for approval; some outstanding items to be reconciled
• DragonFly - there are findings, but they are not blocking, project has been updated. Invitations to adopters next.
• Crossplane - project has been given feedback, and adopters are being interviewed. Project recommendations will follow based on adopter information.
• OpenFGA - 3 adopter interviews completed, and 1 is pending this week.
• Tekton - review is starting
• K8GB - ready for assignment; Alex to pick up next week

For projects awaiting triage, the CNCF staff is working on a new automation process - update planned for next meeting

Health Reviews:

• Trickster - pending update
• Vineyard - waiting on a reminder
• ChaosBlade - working with maintainers, and updates are being shared. Proposal is to wait and review
• External Secret Operator - currently has a single maintainer, and has shared issues with maintainer burnout. Will review sep 22nd to see if project resumes releases

Feedback on TOC/TAG engagement and employer recognition - might be an agenda item for Kubecon offsite. TAG leads encouraged to review and comment.
TAG ambassadors: perhaps reconsider given that the community groups are now setup. Propose to put a call out to ambassadors to see if someone can help. Carol Valencia offered to help.
TOC Shadow position: codify roles for shadow TOC members
TAG Reboot: assign Riaan for final review, and then close once completed

Jono Bacon to discuss training workshop for project/openource leadership for maintainer day at Kubecon. A number of topics for dealing with communication, leadership challenges, and other contributor/maintainer issues were discussed and suggested. Jono will share updates following the feedback and good discussion & comments.
