TAG Leadership Nominations 2026

The Technical Advisory Group (TAG) leadership elections are designed with a two-year cycle to provide a structured transition period. This ensures that leadership cycles overlap, maintaining continuity while allowing dedicated leaders to step away if their priorities have shifted.

Election Guidelines

• Incumbents: Current Chairs and Tech Leads are welcome to stand for re-election.
• Nominations: There are no restrictions against self-nomination or nominating others for another term.
• Support: For questions, please reach out via the #toc Slack channel or email cncf-toc@lists.cncf.io.

The TAG leadership elections follow the seating of the new Technical Oversight Committee (TOC).

I do accept.

Relevant info for voters: I'm a Senior Engineer at Nvidia, part of the recent SchedMD acquisition, working as the lead for Slinky, an open-source project to bring Slurm scheduling and workloads to Kubernetes. I have previously served as a co-chair of CNCF TAG Environment Sustainability from start until it was dissolved with the new restructuring. I'm currently serving as a co-chair of the Batch Subproject in the TAG Workloads Foundation. With @rajaskakodkar as a colead, I led to completion the recent white paper on batch scheduling, to be released as soon as someone checks it into a repo. Additionally, I have helped with the design of the new CPU DRA driver, specifically the individual mode. I've also served as both co-chair and reviewer for abstracts for the AI track at KubeCon.

I am a Principal Architect leading Cloud Native Architecture at Akamai Cloud, building our managed kubernetes services (LKE), internal kubernetes-based platforms, managed services, and the infrastructure to support them. I was previously a Co-Chair of TAG Runtime (pre-reboot), and for the past year was Tech Lead of TAG Workloads Foundation. The past year I have helped organize the TAG (post-reboot), lead TAG Kubecon talk efforts, reviewed project papers, have contributed to the Project Reviews Subcommitee, and am excited to continue contributing!
