[bug] multiple bugs with the voice over TTL assistant

• bug 1: assistant will sometimes reread the same sentence
• bug 2: assistant will sometimes jump to different sections, and then read backwards (1:13)
• bug 3: assistant will sometimes jump to a completely different part of the chapter (1:44)

the bugs make the listening very inconsistent, and I find myself having to occasionally jump to the right position which can be frustrating. thank you for any work on this! love the app so far ❤️ !

also just an observation since my last issue, sometimes the TTL speaker seems to read comments / notes that I added, instead of the pure book text, not sure how to interpret that.

Progress update:

• Opened fix(tts): skip note tooltip text during narration #453 to stop TTS from reading ReadAny-injected note/comment tooltip DOM. This addresses the later observation that narration can include user notes instead of only book text.
• Keeping this issue open because the original repeat/jump/backwards symptoms are broader. fix(tts): advance continuous reading by section index #429 may cover part of the section-jump behavior after it lands, but the repeat/backwards reports still need retesting against the latest TTS fixes.
