Responsive / mobile design

We talked about improving on the app's responsive design, so you can actually use the app from your phone. Currently only the list of features is visible in portrait mode on most phones, which is obviously not super useful.

Here's our sketch of a possible mobile design:

The map will be made central to the mobile experience, with facet search and the feature list appearing on top of the map when requested by the user. The search box already hides behind a hamburger menu; we'll keep that same behavior, but change the hamburger into a magnifying glass.
