Add the updated API URL to kcmo.data.org in the wiki page

There is a updated API URL for each of the KCMO.DATA end points. It is hard to find/remember to go look for it. We need to update each of the data.kcmo entries to include it.

To find the documentation you will need to

• Find a data.kcmo.gov entry on our List of datasets and locations that does not have a "Developers see" entry.
• Edit List of datasets and locations and add the following text

  Developers see the [DATASET-NAME](DATASET-DOC-URL) it contains documentation on getting API keys, the updated API endpoints (search within_polygon), and documentation on the fields.

• Goto the current page listed on List of datasets and locations.
• Click on Export, found in the upper right hand area of the screen, light blue
• Expand SODA API
• Click on "API Docs"
• Past the following text into the text you added to the wiki page
• Change the DATASET-NAME to
• Change the DATASET-DOC-URL to the
• Preview the wiki page
• Save
