- Questions and ideas — open a GitHub Discussion. Use Discussions rather than issues when you are not yet sure something is a defect.
- Bugs and feature requests — open a GitHub issue using the matching template.
- Security problems — never open a public issue. Follow SECURITY.md and use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting.
- Deployment help — read docs/deployment.md first; a deploy is not an operational desk until every gated step there is complete.
When reporting anything, strip customer names, hostnames, resource identifiers, and secrets. Able Desk's repository is deliberately tenant-neutral, and reports must be too.
