Force relint to use color

I'm using relint in GitLab CI, which should support color in job logs. However, relint output appears to be uncolored, so I'm guessing that relint is automatically suppressing colors for some reason.

How does its terminal-color detection work? Is there any way to force it to use colors?

It looks like GitLab CI sets TERM to dumb, but even after exporting xterm, I don't get colors:

$ echo $TERM
dumb
$ export TERM=xterm
$ relint -c ci/relint_rules.yml $(git ls-files . | grep -v ci/relint_rules.yml)
< uncolored output >

...in fact, even using xterm-256color and setting COLORTERM to truecolor doesn't change the output.

Thanks! Setting FORCE_COLOR made it work. It may be worth linking to this section of the rich documentation from somewhere in the relint documentation.
