Different colours for different animals

Hello,

Thanks again for the tool. I can see how to edit Step 8 Mouse_Color to get the cells to be a different colour, but how can you plot multiple 'Step_7_3D_Reconstructed_cells.Result' files on the same brain reconstruction whilst assigning the different results files different colours? This is obviously really crucial for the starter cells versus input cells in rabies virus tracing. I see you did it in your paper but haven't documented how to do this.
