Allow certain actions on local device

One thing I think would make this app a lot more useful, as opposed to the Open-webui web app is tighter integration with the android OS by enabling certain actions on local device: setting timers, alarms, calling contacts, sending texts, opening navigation, etc. This would truly enable the user to completely replace the default assistant with this app.

For example, if I tell the LLM: "navigate to (address)", or "wake me up at 9am", it would run the appropriate action on the local device.

Also, allowing the app to request the current location, so if I, for example, ask for the weather forecast, it would check it for the current location without the need to specify it (the web app can already do this if location is enabled in the web browser).
