An open source app. You can translate it yourself and send the translated files to the author.

I can help with Polish translation, but I can't see the file with strings to edit. I found that fastlane/metadata/android/en-US has metadata files, so least I can translate descriptions for now

I didn't find where the translation files are stored either. Weird, it must be somewhere.
