pip install fails for version 0.93 and 0.94 on windows

Hello,
Running pip install cylp will fail, likely due to the wheel not being build. I have the same error if I set the install version to be 0.94 or 0.93.
It is working for the version 0.92.
I have windows 11, python 3.10

There are wheels for Windows for version 0.93 (see here) for Python 3.10 so if the installation is failing, you will have to provide a little more detail to see why. For 0.94, there are indeed no windows wheels yet. I need to make those by hand and it takes some time. I will try to get to it soon.
