PRECONDITIONS:
Magento 2.2.2. PHP 7.0.25
we created an account on coingate website and took the steps to get it enabled as merchant (uploading ID ecc). we created the keys and inserted it on our Magento 2.2.2 store (store-configuration-sales-payment_methods-coingate_bitcoins) enabling it to receive payments via bitcoins.
STEP TO REPRODUCE:
When a customer add products to basket then go to checkout and select to pay using bitcoins via your plugin, they get correctly redirected to the gateway page where they can proceed with the payment.
If they want to abort the procedure or "think it hover" or add another product to the basket the click on the red button "clear" on bottom right.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
returning to merchant (usually to cart but also to home is an option). Customers expect that behaviour because is the default behavior used by all major gateways (to name a couple: paypal and braintree)
ACTUAL RESULT:
order is placed no matter if the customer hasn't payed. Customer can not anymore proceed to the payment (think for example how it could proceed if he was buying as guest).
