AI generated docstrings

There are [several instances](https://github.com/search?q=repo:cole-trapnell-lab/platt+%22cell+cluster%22&type=code) where docstrings generated by Copilot refer to a ccs as a "cell cluster set". Not sure what other errors exist but it seems worthwhile to check the docstrings and make sure there aren't obvious errors like this.
