Detections not being recorded

When driving with the oui-spy running flock you, the device annouces detections with the Piezo buzzer, but upon connecting to the AP, the device is not recording any of these detections to its database. The exported detections JSON + CSVs are empty. I ran the device for about two weeks and it has not recorded any of the detected devices from that time.

Oui-spy was running old firmware before implementation of session persistence. I've updated the firmware and will likely close this issue after confirming new detections save and persist after reboot.

I've done more testing and I think I've identified the issue.

The detection alert buzzer (fyDetectBeep()) is called directly insideFYBLECallbacks::onResult(), which runs in the NimBLE host task context. This function blocks for ~500ms via delay() and tone() loops in fyCaw(). Blocking the NimBLE task for this duration can trigger a task watchdog reset, rebooting the device and losing all in-memory detections not yet flushed to SPIFFS.

Reproduced by injecting rapid detections via a test endpoint I created in my fork. The device crashes after ~15-20 detections with garbage bytes in output preceding the reboot.

I'm working on a fix for this in the same fork: Replaced the direct fyDetectBeep() call in the BLE callback with a deferred flag (fyDetectBeepPending) that loop() checks and handles in the Arduino task context. This follows the same pattern already used by fyCompanionChangePending in the codebase.
