Add HTML + PNG Snapshots and screenshots to exception messages

Add exception message like:

Element not found 
Locator: //html/table >> td.active span
failed at:               ^

Screenshot: c:/some/path/123456.png
Snapshot:    c:/some/path/123456.html

Configurable options:

• Reports path
• Enable/Disable screenshots/snapshots
