Suggestion to change error given when JS compiler size limit reached

I believe the vscode error message when contract size limit is reached says to install the binary version.

I spent ages trying to get the binary install to work, but didn't realise that the docker version also support arbitrary contract size. The docker version was much easier to install than the binary (for me at least).

I propose updating the message to suggest switching to the docker or binary compiler.
