Develop paradigm for IMU encoding of data

Data sent should have a standard order, and a standard data type so it can be properly decoded. Ie: Accel X Y Z first, then Gyro X Y Z, then Magnetom X Y Z, or in a different order. An additional byte might need to be added to the header to indicate more data about whats being sent

this is some possible solution that has not been implemented or tested. It may serve as a jumping off point. In this case, the sending data would be some 4 byte data type, either a fixed point or possibly a float. The parameter len would be the length of the array that the pointer fourByteArr points to.
