add nodered flow example to mqtt setup that is the current sagemic parser

we have a nodered flow used to parse the topics from sagemic in its current version to store the file locally on the nodered machine/nas. this should be included, scrubbed, as an example of a nodered flow for the sagemic. it should probably go here and not the sagemic repo because its not code that runs on the device and someone could be using a different end pipeline for who is subscribing to the mqtt topic.
