Add support for new tool Conda

it seems we should use miniconda because of the size?

miniforge seems much simpler as we can use github-releases as datasource

minimamba could be used as drop-in replacement for conda and don't needs miniforge or miniconda.

Discussint internally at Mend, apparently need those Miniconda and Miniforge in particular

We're looking to be able to install-tool / uninstall-tool (for all available upstream versions), as well as run i.e.

conda --version
conda env create --file FILE --prefix DIRECTORY
conda info --json
conda env export -p <envPrefix>

If it's a drop-in and those should work with miniconda, that works for us 👍
