Unit tests hang locally due to startCCShimStartWithoutConsoleSuccessful() #315

startCCShimStartWithoutConsoleSuccessful() messes with standard streams and if the following two tests are not disabled, running the unit tests locally will hang forever:

TestCCShimStartSuccessful
TestCCShimStartDetachSuccessful
