Unregulated Card Fees (Surcharge)

Would it be possible to extend the library to include any options to specify parameters for unregulated cards?
Or mechnism to set parameters of Payment (not only) for surcharge?

Hi, Im sorry, I can't test. Due to time constraints I had to remove contributte/comgate and implement directly comgate-payments/sdk-php. Comgate SDK has made great progress recently, and unfortunately its implementation is now almost easier than componette/comgate except DI ;-) It is worth considering whether it would be better to redesign the project as a pure DI extension for php-sdk. Many new features have been added recently.
