Update documentation on comamnd line change

Noticed that the command line for the busy box command is now:

oci-image-tool create busybox bundle --ref name=latest

The documentation should probably be updated?

@t3hmrman Thanks for your report. The UI of the oci-image-tool is not stable at the moment, it's being change frequentlly. There is a pr opencontainers/image-tools#201 on the road. I will update the documentation once the UI is stable.
