Windows prebuild binaries

But the given link does not exist.
I would like to get the Windows x64 prebuild binaries and ideally, if available the podofo tools mentioned here
http://podofo.sourceforge.net/tools.html

I am planning to use the binaries and tools from a Windows command line shell.

Do prebuild windows binaries exist ?
