Try using WWT functions for looking up rise/set times

There are a few inconsistencies in the rise/set times using the lookup function written for this repo which may have some round off errors. Try implementing this with WWT's code and see if that improves things.

The WWT web client rise/set times seem buggy. We will stick with what we have for now in the seasons app and put in a disclaimer about limitations of the math.

At some point, Pat will pull up the desktop client and see if the numbers there make more sense; if so, we can try to figure out what the desktop & web clients are doing differently and fix the web client.
