Try setting up TEMPO-Lite to read data from ESRI server #86

@patudom

Description

@patudom

Goals behind this request:

  • get correct equirectangular projection from the ESRI server that leaflet can handle (so we don't have to experiment with openlayers which is better at managing different projections)
  • easier way to have 2 colormap options
  • we don't have to process/store the data ourselves
  • for views of the full continent, this might be faster than our images.

Todos:

  • Wire up the data calls that we're already using in glue-map
  • Set up the url to ask for the right number of pixels depending on the area of the field of view (rather than a hard-coded # of pixels). (If we figure out the right way to do this, port it over to tempods also).
  • Set up a toggle to request current TEMPO-Lite color map (or something similar to it) & color-blind friendly magma.
