Create a default csv for some example data and make import easier

This plugin needs an surprising amount of setting-up before it can be used.

I would suggest:

• adding an example_status.csv containing some rows for the plugin
• creating a way to import this and the predefined schema easier.
  • Currently one needs to import these from one's own harddrive where the files lie in the lib/plugin/structstatus/ directory on the server or in this repo on GitHub
